What do you enjoy most about working with your team?
What I love at Bekaert is the great connection we have amongst colleagues. We spend a lot of time together and can have passionate discussions in the meeting room as well as big laughs in the break area. Position and gender are of no relevance here: we connect closely with each other, support each other, and care about each other.
What is one of your favorite memories during your time at Bekaert?
Little gestures from your employer help to make life at work more enjoyable. On International Women’s Day, all the female colleagues received flowers with a heartwarming letter. It was a touching moment and a nice way to recognize our contribution.
What drives you to be a better employee?
Professional and personal growth are closely linked to each other. I know that the efforts delivered at work will not only positively impact my career but also my life at large. I have dreams for the future and my work at Bekaert can help me make them come true.

How has Bekaert helped you gain new knowledge and skills and perform better at work?
Bekaert pays a lot of attention to the professional development of its employees and offers a lot of different resources including things like Bekaert University. The Procurement Academy and the Digital Academy are just two examples. We can also extend our learning to external courses.
How would you describe the culture at Bekaert?
Two words come to my mind: integrity and respect. Bekaert provides a safe work environment and always puts people first. I’m very happy to work here.
