How to buy or sell Bekaert shares?

  • To buy Bekaert shares, you must place an order with your financial intermediary for dematerialized shares. If you want to transform your dematerialized shares into registered shares, you must send your request to your financial intermediary.
  • To sell Bekaert shares, you must place an order with your financial intermediary for dematerialized shares. To sell registered shares, first ask the Bekaert Registered Shares Management Service to transfer the shares to a securities account by following the below-mentioned procedure.

Convert your dematerialized shares to registered shares

Ask your financial intermediary to complete, sign and send the Nom008 transfer form to the Bekaert Registered Shares Management Service. 

The Bekaert Registered Shares Management Service will contact you to confirm the registration of your shares in Bekaert’s register of shareholders.

Convert your registered shares to dematerialized shares

Contact the Bekaert Registered Shares Management Service  and provide the necessary information by completing the Nom009 transfer form.

Your shares are transferred to the financial intermediary of your choice.
